1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Social Walkers mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Community Guidelines

Social Walkers is an offline-first community created for face-to-face, meaningful social connections. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, all members must agree to:

  • Treat other participants with respect, kindness, and decency.
  • Harassment, hate speech, inappropriate persistence, or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
  • The platform may not be used for commercial advertising, soliciting, or business pitches.

3. RSVP and Attendance Policy

Because our walks depend on small groups of exactly 5 people, your attendance is crucial to the group experience:

  • You must confirm your attendance (opt-in) for the upcoming Sunday walk by Friday at 6:00 PM.
  • Failing to show up for a walk after being matched (no-show) without a valid warning impacts the experience of the other 4 walkers. Repeated unexcused absences are tracked and will result in account review and potential suspension.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Your first trial walk is completely free. Continued weekly participation requires an active monthly membership:

  • Payments are processed securely via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat integration.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

Social Walkers provides casual outdoor group activities. Social Walkers is not legally liable for any personal injury, accident, property damage, or interpersonal disputes that occur during or after a walk. By confirming your slot, you acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk.
